GfG Weights are british hand made zinc coated steel plates. They are robust but stylish. The weights are made to last and are rust proof.
 
The design means that the weights can be used with 1" diameter bars or for standalone weight training exercises. They have been designed to provide a brilliant grip when used as standalone weights, particularly good for squats, pushup, chest press, and front & side lunges!
